# Hide/Unhide - Hide Questions with Many Categories

This QScript will go through your project and hide questions that have a large number of categories. You may specify the number of categories that you wish to consider large. This can be helpful when you wish to automatically create a large number of tables, using Smart Tables, Basic Tables or Tables - Banner Tables, for example, and some of the resulting tables would be too large and hence unhelpful. Rather than sorting through your list of questions to determine which to keep, you can use this QScript to first hide any questions that would generate large tables.

The hidden questions can be automatically unhidden later by using Hide/Unhide - Unhide Questions with Many Categories.

## Technical Details

Questions which are Pick One - Multi or Pick Any - Grid are considered large when the number of rows or columns in their SUMMARY tables exceeds the maximum specified value.
