Notes tab

The Notes Tab gives you somewhere to record general information about your project. You can type text in here, or paste formatted text from a word processor.

You may include the contents of the Notes Tab when printing your Report from the Outputs Tab by ticking Include Notes tab in report in the Printed Headings tab in the Project Options screen.
