How To Add A Variable To A Question

1. Select the existing variables and the new variable in the Variables and Questions tab (holding down Ctrl if they are not adjacent).
2. Right-click and select Set Question and complete as appropriate.

Where the labels are messy it can be useful to initially select the variables, right-click and select Revert to Source.
