Trend Plots show multiple small charts in a table. They are sometimes known as lattice plots and small multiples. They can either chart differences by Date or a Pick One question
Almost any table in Q can be viewed as a trend plot. A trend plot shows how the main statistic of the table (e.g., the Column %) varies by either a Pick One or Date question. Where a Date question is used as the Date/Filter question of a trend plot, the trend plot shows lines. Where it is a Pick One question columns are shown.
Trend plots are created using Create > Charts > Chart or the Show Data as drop-down menu.
