Changing Domain Name

You can purchase a domain name and use this domain name for a dashboard. This is done as follows:

• Purchase the domain name. Make sure that whoever you purchase it from allows you to forward (i.e., redirect) the domain name (e.g., www.godaddy.com permits this).
• Forward the domain name to the URL of your dashboard (this is found in the Company Settings link from the dashboards). Ensure when you do this, that you do not forward with masking, as this will prevent the dashboard from working properly.

Please note: when you forward a domain, this means that the person types in the domain name and is then redirected to the Q domain. The Q domain will appear in the address bar of the user’s browser.
